Toby writes, “I moved close to Tarifa in Southern Spain two days before the Spanish lockdown! We left most of our belongings in the UK, assuming we would be able to buy what we needed when we arrived (we could not!). Most of the kids were able to get here before the border closed, which was a real bonus.
It is one of the more serious ‘fixer-uppers’ we’ve attempted so it has been an interesting and challenging year – but at least it was hot and I am now a fledgling kite-surfer! Meanwhile, my latest invention, Lightklip, has been selling incredibly well on Amazon during lockdown – with no marketing at all! I’m looking forward to things getting a little more zen soon!”
