For the past 10 years Vince has been Artistic Director of Ayr Gaiety Theatre in southwest Scotland, responsible for devising a rich programme of drama, dance, music and entertainment of the highest possible quality from a wide range of genres, attracting audiences in the region of 65,000 per annum. The goal is to provide something for everyone and includes ballet, opera, touring drama and dance, musical theatre, comedians, classical music, original bands, themed shows and murder mystery evenings. The Gaiety Christmas Pantomime 2022 was once again produced ‘in house’ and reached new highs of quality and feedback.
