Stefan continues to indulge his fascination for bizarre scientific and culinary tangents with his 12th book Rude Science (Quadrille), a fat slab of biological weirdness from the scientific hinterland that shamelessly cashes in on the mucky success of his earlier book Fartology (Quadrille). He has recorded over 300 episodes of his (admittedly pretty niche) food industry podcast Food Matters Live and is back staging Gastronaut science stage shows after spending lockdown writing indulgent books from the workshop at the end of the garden.
