Earlier this year I was appointed Deputy Chairman of International Trust Arbitration Organisation (ITAO), which specialises in the resolution of Common Law disputes. Although the body is located in Liechtenstein, its focus is on the leading Commonwealth fiduciary jurisdictions with proceedings conducted in English.”
