Justin continues to act for tenant clients in the highly specialised area of leasehold enfranchisement on property in central London, advising on and negotiating for the freehold or extended leases. Since setting up his eponymous company in summer 2000, he has now saved his clients over £88m off the collective premiums asked by landlords. He is looking forward to shortly opening negotiations on behalf of a client where the landlord is a contemporary OS and hopes more time will be spent ‘going down memory lane’ than dealing with the nitty-gritty of the deal.
