Charles writes, “It is twenty years since I returned from the USA to enjoy retirement, and I find life as hectic as ever. My two main hobbies, motor racing and sailing, have also now ended because, in my youth, I promised my parents I would stop racing when I was 65 and give up single-handed ocean sailing when I was 70. Well, I kept both promises, despite both my parents being long departed. Now I am just playing with my vintage cars and I am down to just two of them.”
