“I‘ve been running HMH Golf & Leisure for 28 years, which is a golf and hotel/leisure brokerage firm. We transact on all sorts of golf-related property both here in the UK and in Europe. I‘ve also been involved in another company, in conjunction with another OS – Justin Bentley (Cobham 80); a sustainable timber panel company called Timberworks Europe Ltd. We supply fully sustainable SIPs panels to the construction industry, mainly targeting community centres, village halls, cricket pavilions etc. We‘ve done a few residential schemes (small) and are looking to expand into this energy conscious market.”
