Richard Reynolds (Cobham 76)

“On 7 September 2022, I retired as the crime fiction specialist at Heffers in Cambridge. As well as remaining Chairman of the CWA Gold Dagger Award, I‘ve continued my involvement supporting publishers, crime writers and their work, and also collaborated with Jon Gifford at the Oleander Press (home of Whipplesnaith‘s Night Climbers of Cambridge). I’ve kept myself busy by setting up a website (Cambridge Crime: Specialists in Murder) supplying my recommendations, a mailing list newsletter, a blog (theoldmaninthecorner) and an imprint (Oreon), reissuing golden age detective fiction, with titles including R. E. Swartwout‘s The Boat Race Murder and George A. Birmingham‘s The Hymn Tune Mystery.”
