Poppy launched an art business specialising in portraiture, working in a range of mediums and sizes. With a passion for art from a young age, Poppy has always been fascinated by the human face, character and personality – and expresses that through her portraiture. She has also received commissions to paint horses, dogs and other animals too. Poppy‘s portrait process often involves a sitting with the client, getting to know them a bit and understanding how they envisage the work. She then takes photographs of the sitter from different angles and under various lighting conditions. Alternatively, if preferred Poppy paints a portrait from photographs provided by the client. All pieces are available from A1-A5, however other sizes are available on request and prices start from £250. Poppy offers a 10% discount to all Old Stoics and their families.
