Nick writes, “Having been retired now from the wine trade for some 3 years, I have recently invested and am now directly involved in the running of a large wild game processing plant near where I live, in Shropshire. Willogame is handling and selling many hundreds of thousands of game birds and deer. We are supplying a varied customer base, including top restaurants in the UK and are aiming at new consumers via inventive packaging and exciting styles. Export also forms a large part of our business. On the leisure front, I have added to my classic cars with the purchase of an XK 140 Roadster. It has a modified engine so I’m considering taking up driving in competitive events once again!”
