Kristjan writes, “In July my company Base Property Specialists was awarded the Gold ‘Zoopla Xcellence Award’ recognising us as “the finest lettings office in the UK over the last decade” at The ESTAS 2020 (The Estate & Letting Agent Awards). At the same awards we also won the annual Grand Prix award and two London region awards. This is the fifth consecutive year we have won a coveted UK Grand Prix Award.
I finally launched my software company, The Depositary, in October of 2019 after four years of development. 2020 has seen us grow beyond expectation and in October we won a coveted Bronze Award in The Best EA Supplier Guide 2021 – one of just nine awards from an open market assessment of over 350 industry suppliers.”
