Kristjan writes, “Hayley and I had our first child, Elvi Rhona Byfield, on 10 December 2017 and are loving parenthood. My estate agency, base property specialists, won 4 more awards last year including a top UK award for our lettings services to Landlords (for the 3rd year running) as well as an award for adoption of tech at the inaugural UKPA PropTech awards. Also I am delighted to have finally launched my software/proptech company The Depositary (developed in partnership with TDS) last November, after starting the concept nearly 3 years ago. On top of that, my wife also put on a 3 day childrens’ Arts & STEM festival called Wild Child Festival in East Dulwich in August 2018. All in all a busy year!”
