Josh, a partner in the rating team at Montagu Evans LLP, was awarded “Best Industry Ambassador” in the British Property Federation’s Tomorrow’s Leaders Awards and named one of the “Rising Stars of 2016” by Estates Gazette in this year’s EG Awards. Josh also became an RICS Rating Diploma Holder, having completed a two year Masters-equivalent course in rating law
and practice.
