Jonty writes, “I retired to live in Ireland in September 2019, after over thirty plus years in Private Wealth Management looking after major families in the Middle East. My career was with Merrill Lynch and Julius Baer. I’m still keeping an eye on things as Chairman of the Board of Julius Baer Bahrain and I was formerly President of Bahrain Rugby Club. I hung up my boots this year as I thought 60 was pushing it! I’m about to embark on a three month ‘live in’ cooking course at Ballymaloe, in East Cork, as a retirement pressie to myself!
