Although chains now ease one through the more difficult bits, any midriff weight gain is immediately picked up by the delightfully imperial 11-inch crack. When not exploring Table Mountain’s nooks and crannies, James still manages a freezer store racking company while coping with the various challenges presented by Covid-19, steel and electricity shortages, strikes and civil unrest.
