Dr Stuart Miller (Chatham 77)

Stuart writes, “I am finally stepping down from my role as Paralympic Chief Medical Officer and Sports Physician at the English Institute of Sport. It has been a great journey with challenges along the way – notably this year in Tokyo. It was a great success but required a great deal of effort to keep everyone safe from Covid. I feel I have achieved a great deal in my career – starting one of the early musculoskeletal clinics, being the first GMC recognised specialist in sport and exercise medicine, lead sports physician at the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympic Games and Paralympic lead and CMO for Paralympic Sports since 2008. Time now to play more music, cycle and generally have a good time!”
