Dalton writes, “Finding myself on the other side of the big 5-0 is quite a daunting prospect! Definitely mid-life crisis as my kids dress me in what they think is cool (my wife, Penny, says words like ‘mutton’ and ‘lamb’ but I don’t quite get it!). I’m travelling a lot for work – but enjoying tremendously being in a new industry (aviation/infrastructure). I did my 11th marathon in October which was fun – although the older you get, the more they hurt!”
