Christopher writes, “My wife Alison and I are olive farmers and divide our time between a small village in West Oxfordshire and Italy. In 2005 we bought a tiny farm in the hills between the mountains and the sea in Abruzzo where we have 220 olive trees. With help from our two sons and their friends, we harvest and press our olives every October and bring the oil back to the UK where we sell it. I can say, hand on heart, that the oil is both delicious and sustainable. I am a keen golfer and tennis player and a member of a rock band called The Coffin Dodgers. I retired from the law in 2018.”
