Chris has been married to Alice (née Grogan) since 1990 and lives in Buckinghamshire. They have three adult children – Polly, Amelia and Charlie. Chris and Alice became grandparents in July 2022 with the birth of Polly‘s first child (Hume Samuel Charles). Professionally, Chris is Chief People Officer with Lintbells Ltd, a rapidly growing company in the animal health sector and would be interested in hearing about NED opportunities! As a winner of the first ever McElwee prize, Chris was delighted to join the McElwee Committee in 2022 under Christopher Tate‘s Chairmanship.
